directory with pdf files of the original sources cited in the book.
Anyone can add to and edit this directory, so be careful, but please
feel free to add additonal pdf files. So far we only have the
references from Chapters 11 and 12. I'd like to have them all, and then
I'd like to link to them directly from the book's pdf file.
